1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States.
There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

2. Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only offer shipping to customers in the USA.
If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in ordering, please contact us first at support@forpets24.com to check availability and options.

3. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time for the United States is 5–9 business days.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

4. Where are the products shipped from?

We ship orders from trusted fulfillment centers in the U.S. and internationally, depending on stock availability. We always choose the fastest and most reliable shipping method for your location.

5. Will my order arrive in one package?

Some items may arrive in separate packages, depending on warehouse location and availability. Don’t worry — tracking information will be provided for each package.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. You can also track your order anytime using our Track My Order page.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is at your expense (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

  • Some hygiene-related or custom items may not be eligible for return

8. What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ve got you covered! Please contact us at support@forpets24.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

9. Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter and get 10% off your first order. 

10. Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be processing or shipped.
